In order to provide our clients the most satisfying results, we put all our efforts into our work.
This is normally done in an order as below:
- Client provides job information including sketches, DWG drawings/pre-made models, architectural and structural details.
- Based on the given information, we proceed to build a 3D model in accordance to the Australian Standards. We then analyse the model in order to underline any areas needing review.
- If necessary, we compose an RFI (Request For Information) in order to clarify things which matter in the design. Amend design as per engineers/clients request, and then produce Drawings for Approval.
- Once approval is received, we then complete Fabrication/Shop Drawings including the following:
- Marking Plans
- Details
- BOM (bill of materials)
- DXF files for laser cutting
- Flat patterns for sheet metal (if sheet metal is present in the job)
